Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.
What we delete
- Your account, name, email, phone number and password
- Tester profile details: city, languages, age band, phone model, shopping apps and UPI ID
- Company profile details for customers
- Messages you sent through our contact form
- Test recordings and feedback linked to you, from our systems and storage
What we may keep
Some records must be kept by law even after deletion, such as GST invoices, payment and payout records, and tax documents. We keep these only for the period required by Indian tax and accounting laws, and use them for no other purpose.
Reports already delivered to a brand use only first names and general details (city, age band), never contact details. We remove your name from any report stored in our systems on request.
How long it takes
Self-service deletion is immediate. Requests submitted through the form are completed within 30 days, usually much sooner. We email you when it is done.
Other choices
Instead of deleting everything, you can also update your details from your dashboard, stop receiving tests by asking us to pause your tester profile, or ask for a copy of your data by writing to info@aiyuva.online.
