We want you to book with confidence. This policy explains when you can cancel a test and what you get back.
Cancelling a test

Our quality promise
- If we deliver fewer approved sessions than your package includes, we either run the missing sessions free of charge or refund them proportionally — your choice.
- If a session clearly does not follow your brief (for example, no voice or the wrong task), we replace it at no cost.
- If we miss our delivery time by more than 3 working days for reasons within our control, you can ask for a 20% credit on your next test.
Growth Retainer
Retainers have a minimum term of three months, then continue month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded, and unused tests can be used within the following month.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount. GST is refunded along with the fee, and we issue a credit note.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Cancel unpaid bookings from your dashboard. For paid tests, email info@aiyuva.online with your test number. We reply within one working day.
For testers
Testers are not charged anything to join AI Yuva. Payouts for approved tests are paid by UPI, normally within 7 days of approval.
