1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and APS Projects ("AI Yuva", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our website, you agree to them and to our privacy policy and cancellation and refund policy.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- You must verify your email with a one-time code before using your account.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person may hold only one tester account.
3. For customers
- You book a test by submitting a brief. A booking becomes confirmed only when we approve the brief and receive payment.
- You confirm you have the right to have the product tested, and that it does not ask testers to do anything illegal, unsafe or that requires sharing their own sensitive data.
- If testers need a login, provide test accounts — never real customer accounts.
- Test results reflect the opinions and behaviour of a sample of real people. We do not guarantee any particular business result.
- You may not ask testers to post public reviews, ratings or social media posts about your product.
4. For testers
- You take part as an independent contractor, not an employee. You choose which tests to apply for.
- Give honest feedback in your own words. Do not use AI tools to write your feedback, and do not submit someone else's recording.
- Record only the product being tested. Do not show your face, contacts, messages, bank details or other personal information on screen.
- Never post public reviews or ratings of products you test for AI Yuva.
- Payouts are made by UPI for approved submissions, normally within 7 days of approval. Submissions that do not meet the test instructions may be sent back for a redo or not approved.
- You are responsible for any tax due on your earnings. We may deduct tax at source where the law requires.
5. Fees and payment
Prices are listed in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. We send a GST invoice with a payment link after approving your brief. Testing starts after payment is received. Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.
6. Ownership and use
- You keep all rights in your product.
- Once paid for, reports, recordings and findings delivered to you may be used by your company for any internal purpose.
- Testers grant AI Yuva and the customer the right to use their recordings and feedback for the purpose of improving the tested product. Recordings may not be published publicly without the tester's separate written consent.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated findings (with no customer or tester names) to improve our service and publish general research.
7. Confidentiality
We and our testers keep your unreleased products, briefs and results confidential. Testers agree not to share screenshots, recordings or details of products they test. This does not cover information that is already public.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use AI Yuva to test illegal products, collect testers' personal data, harass anyone, break security, scrape our site, or create fake accounts or submissions.
9. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a test is limited to the fee you paid for that test, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time from our data deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, submit fake work or misuse the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
